Pandora’s Plate is all about arming you with the tools to create delicious, healthy food fast.

You’ll love learning to make gob smackingly delicious, nutritious food at my specially designed Emerald Beach kitchen. It’s filled with top quality appliances, but it’s not a huge commercial kitchen. So the intimate workshops of 6 to 8 participants mean you’ll get my personalised advice.

Because I’m a qualified nutritionist and chef, you’ll discover the medicinal value of your food. Plus, I’ll arm you with all my time saving cooking and shopping tips and tricks so you can get on with what’s really important – enjoying life and the food you eat!

Good healthy food doesn’t have to be boring. That’s why I’ve also created a juicy series of easy, exciting, nutritionally complete recipes that are super-tasty – even the pickiest of kids will love them. Let me know which recipes have them drooling for seconds!
